The Reject Call feature helps you automatically reject incoming WhatsApp calls (voice or video).
🔍 Why Use Reject Call?
- Prevents spam or personal calls on your business line
- Sends a polite message automatically when rejecting

Step 1: Go to WhatsApp > Features > Reject Call
- Click the WhatsApp icon from the left menu
- Under Features, click Reject Call
Step 2: Choose WA Account
- Select the WhatsApp account you want to apply the Reject Call feature to
Step 3: Configure Reject Call Settings
1. Enable the Feature
Set Status to Enable to start rejecting incoming WhatsApp calls for the selected account.2. Select Call Type
Choose which types of contacts to block:All – reject calls from everyone
Individual – reject calls from personal chats only
Group – reject calls from WhatsApp groups only
Custom – select specific contacts, contact groups, or WA groups
3. Choose Call Media Type
Define the type of call to reject:All – block both voice and video calls
Voice – block voice calls only
Video – block video calls only
4. Exclude Specific Contacts (Optional)
Set Exclude to Enable if you want to allow calls from specific people. You can exclude:Contact Groups

5. Enable Send Message (Optional)
Set Send Message to Enable if you want to automatically send a reply message when a call is rejected.If enabled, configure the following:
Template Type – choose the reply format:
Text & Media – send a message with optional image, video, audio, or document
List – send a structured list message with selectable options
Location – share your business location
vCard – send a contact card with name and number
Media File (Optional) – upload a file using the File Manager if using Text & Media
Caption – type your reply message
Example:
Maaf, Sebarang pertanyaan sila tulis sahaja. Jangan Call Nombor ini.
Step 4: Click Submit Button
- Double-check your settings.
- Click the Submit button to activate the Reject Call.
