Greeting Message
Greeting Message will send Greeting message for 1st time chat. You don’t need to specify a keyword for Greeting Message unlike Chat Bot.
You may see message like “waiting for this message. This may take a while” or when people 1st time chat with you (after connect with Click4Wasap), your chatbot maybe not reply them and you can use Greeting Message to reply it.
Play Video
Step 1. WhatsApp > Features > Greeting Message
Step 2. Choose WA Account
Step 3. Change Status to Enable
- You can send to Individual, Group or All
- Choose Template type
- You can choose to Resubmit message after few day (up to 365 days)
- You can Exclude Contact groups that you don’t want them to receive Auto Reply
Step 4. Click Submit Button
