The Quick Reply feature allows you to automatically send a predefined message when you send a specific keyword to your customer.
This is different from Chatbot, which only responds when a user sends a message.
💡 Best Use Case
Quick Reply is ideal for manual team replies, especially in sales conversations, where your team sends specific keywords to quickly deliver:
- Greetings
- Instructions
- Product information
- Payment or confirmation messages
This helps your team respond faster without typing the same message repeatedly.

The system detects the keyword and sends the saved reply
