Quick Reply

The Quick Reply feature allows you to automatically send a predefined message when you send a specific keyword to your customer.

This is different from Chatbot, which only responds when a user sends a message.

💡 Best Use Case

Quick Reply is ideal for manual team replies, especially in sales conversations, where your team sends specific keywords to quickly deliver:

  • Greetings
  • Instructions
  • Product information
  • Payment or confirmation messages

This helps your team respond faster without typing the same message repeatedly.

⚙️ How It Works

  1. You send a keyword (example: Info Produk A) to your customer

  2. The system detects the keyword and sends the saved reply

  3. You can:

    • Automatically delete the trigger message, or

    • Keep it visible by using smart keywords with &&

Step 1. WhatsApp > Features > Quick Reply

  • Go to the Quick Reply section from the main WhatsApp features menu.

Step 2. Choose WA Account & Add New Quick Reply

  • Select your WhatsApp account, then click Add New to create a Quick Reply.

Step 3. Setup Quick Reply

  • Now configure how the Quick Reply will be triggered:

🔗 Use && for Cleaner Trigger (No Need to Delete Message)

  • Match Type: Contain
  • Delete Trigger Message: Disabled

✅ You send:

					"Hi, just wanted to follow up on product A full detail"

🔁 Quick Reply sends:

					"Product A bla bla bla"

🟩 Your original message remains visible.

🚫 Use Negative Keywords to Block Unwanted Replies

Example Setup

  • Keyword: reminder
  • Negative Keywords: ignore, already, not needed

✅ You send:

					"Just a quick reminder for your renewal"

🟢 Triggers Quick Reply

❌ You send:

					"Ignore the reminder I sent earlier"

🔴 Blocked – contains ignore

🚫 Use && Negative Keywords for Smarter Filtering

Example Setup

  • Keyword: delivery

  • Negative Keywords:

    • not&&delivery

    • cancel&&delivery

    • dont&&want&&delivery

✅ You send:

					"Delivery is complete"

🟢 Triggers Quick Reply

❌ You send:

					"Customer said not to proceed with delivery"

🔴 Blocked – matches not&&delivery
