Step 2. Upgrade Your Package

You can Upgrade or Downgrade your package by clicking on Upgrade your package button

Step 3. Choose Suitable Package

• You can choose Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Yearly Plan.
• Please make sure you login 1st before choose a package.
• If you downgrade / upgrade package your plan, your expired date will be Pro Rate automatically by our system and added to new package.
• The amount paid for upgrade has no changes because we do Pro Rate for expired date.

Choose Wrong Package? 

If you paid the incorrect package, such as the Essential Package, and wish to upgrade to the Basic Package, please note that you will be required to pay the full amount. Our system prorates the expiry date accordingly.

• Please note that you can’t just top-up the remaining balance.
