You can prevent same message sent twice to the same contact using Contacts Manager + Except Contact Groups features.
Contacts Manager is available for below features:

Except Contact Groups is available for below features:
✅Auto Reply

✅Greeting Message

✅Chatbot
✅Bulk Messaging
Step 1. Setup Contacts Group
Please Create Contact Groups. Follow tutorial below :
Step 2. Assign Contact Groups at Contact Manager
Please Assign Contact Groups at Contacts Manager features so that you can auto assign contact that you doesn’t want to sent twice to Contact Group.
Step 3. Setup Except Contact Groups
Please choose the contact Groups that you doesn’t want to sent twice.
Please make sure that you save after edit.
