Campaign Exclude Contact
If you have blacklist or unsubscribe users, you can use Except contact for your bulk messaging
Step 1. Create Exclude Contact Group
Make sure you have group that you want to send and group that you want to exclude
Step 2. Re Validate Contact Group
Before sending bulk messaging, please make sure to re-validate your contact group to avoid contact failed due to invalid number
Step 3. Choose Except Contact Groups
You must choose the group that you want to exclude from being send
Step 4. Download Failed Contacts
- After the campaign ended, you can see failed number and download the Failed Contact Excel
- You can compare the Excel with your exclude contact group
