Assign To Contact Groups
You can use Assign Features at Contact Data, WA Labels, WA Contacts and WA Groups. Please make sure you already create the Contact Groups before use Assign features.
Step 1. Click On Assign Contacts Icon
You can also use Assign features inside list
Step 2. Click On Select Contact Group
Choose and select contact group that you want to assign
Step 3. Click On Assign Button
Click Assign button
📌 Important Note: WA Labels and Contact Groups Are Not Automatically Synced
In Click4Wasap, WA Labels from your WhatsApp Business account and Contact Groups within the platform do not automatically synchronize. This means:

Assigning contacts to a WA Label in WhatsApp does not automatically add/remove them to a Contact Group in Click4Wasap.

To send bulk messages to contacts labeled in WhatsApp, you must manually assign them to a Contact Group within Click4Wasap.
🗑️ Deleting Contacts from WA Labels
If you delete a contact from a WA Label in WhatsApp, it does not automatically remove them from the corresponding Contact Group in Click4Wasap. To maintain consistency:

Delete the Contact from the Contact Group:

Navigate to
WhatsApp > Contact > Contact Groups. -
Select the relevant Contact Group.

Manually remove the contact from the group / Just delete the whole contact group and reassign

Reassign Contacts if Necessary:

If you’ve made multiple changes to your WA Labels, consider reassigning the updated list of contacts to the appropriate Contact Groups following the steps outlined above.

Note: Ensure that the Contact Group you want to assign contacts to already exists. If not, create it beforehand.
