The AI Chatbot feature allows you to create an intelligent assistant that can automatically respond to customer inquiries based on the prompt you provide.
Unlike traditional keyword-based replies, you don’t need to create multiple chatbots for every general keyword—just one AI-powered chatbot can handle many related queries.
Step 1: Go to WhatsApp > Chatbot
Step 2: Enable AI Reply
- Toggle AI Reply to Enabled
- (Optional) Set AI Pretext — e.g., “🤖” or “AI:” if you want to prefix replies. Leave blank if not needed.
Step 3: Write Your Prompt in the Caption Field
The prompt is the instruction that tells the AI how to respond to user messages.

Example of prompt :
You are a customer service assistant for Caring Solution, a skincare brand specializing in eczema care. Respond cheerfully in Malay using KL slang. Your tone must be warm, caring, and casual. Keep replies short and clear — maximum 150 characters. Use emoji to reflect your friendly and caring mood.
Only answer if the question is about eczema or our products. If the question is unrelated, reply: "Maaf, saya hanya boleh bantu tentang produk eczema sahaja 😊".
Only mention product names and details. Do not include any links. Do not recommend multiple packages at once — respond based on the message context or keyword.
