Trigger Limit
Trigger Limit features allow you to control how often the bot replies when users repeat the same keyword.
You can use Trigger Limit at below features :

💡 Use Case: Avoid spamming the same reply if a user keeps sending “price” or similar.
🔹 Example: If a user sends “price” 5 times, only the first reply is sent.
✅ Helps reduce repeated and unwanted replies.
Step 1. Enable Trigger Limit
Trigger Limit lets you control how often this chatbot action can be triggered within a specific time frame.

Trigger: How many times this action can be triggered.

Time: The duration for the limit.

Unit: The unit of time (minutes, hours, days).
Example:
If you set Trigger: 1, Time: 1, Unit: minutes, the chatbot will only be triggered once per minute per user.
Chatbot only reply once in 1 minute after Enable Trigger Limit
