Go to Template tab -> List Message Template -> Add New
Setup the message template (title, description, button, section, etc.) and click Submit to save
Go to Chatbot tab -> Add New
Setup the chatbot name and keyword(s)
go to List Message, choose a template and click Save
*IMPORTANT* Create a different Template Name on each template
